Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Silkway Studio store at store.silkway.studio (the "Store") and the digital software products sold through it — including GraphKit and other tools published by Silkway Studio (each a "Product"). The Store is operated by Bakhtiyor Khodjaev, an individual sole proprietor trading as "Silkway Studio" ("Silkway Studio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

The Products are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Each Product is licensed, not sold, and your use of it is governed by the license terms accompanying that Product (for example, the Professional or Professional + Source license tier). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GraphKit or any intellectual property to you.

2. Payments and merchant of record

Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for all orders. This means Paddle, not Silkway Studio, is the party that handles your payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before checkout; final tax is calculated by Paddle based on your location.

3. Accounts and license keys

We use passwordless, email-based sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for keeping your license keys and download links confidential. You may not share, resell, or transfer license keys except as permitted by the applicable Product license.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Product binaries or source code except as expressly permitted by your license;
• circumvent license enforcement, download limits, or access controls;
• use the Store or Products for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

GraphKit, the Store, and all related content are owned by Silkway Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. The license you receive grants only the rights described in the applicable Product license.

6. Disclaimers

The Products and Store are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silkway Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Products or Store. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
