Refund Policy
Last updated June 30, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with GraphKit. Because our Products are digital software licenses delivered electronically, the following policy applies to refunds.
Merchant of record
All orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
14-day money-back guarantee
If GraphKit does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Source-code licenses
For the Professional + Source tier, the full source code is delivered as a download. Because source code cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds for that tier are granted at our reasonable discretion — typically only where the Product is defective and we cannot provide a fix. We still honor the 14-day guarantee where the Product does not work as described.
How to request a refund
Email support@silkway.studio with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order or transaction reference (shown on your receipt). We aim to respond within a few business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of the associated licenses.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Where Paddle, as merchant of record, is required to grant a refund by applicable law, it will do so regardless of this policy.
